McDonald's Corporation to Redeem Notes

Today, McDonald's Corporation (NYSE: MCD) announced it will redeem all its 6-3/4% Notes due February 15, 2003 (Symbol: MCD 03).

The notes will be redeemed at 100 percent of the principal amount plus accrued interest through October 23, 2000, the redemption date. The redemption agent for the notes is:
