McDonald's Franchisee Paul Saber Joins McDonald's USA as Senior Vice President

Alan Feldman, president of McDonald's USA, today announced that Paul Saber, McDonald's U.S. franchisee and chairman of the National Leadership Council of owner/operators, will join McDonald's USA as a senior vice president. In this position, Saber will work with McDonald's senior management and franchisees, focusing on enhancing the customer experience in McDonald's restaurants nationwide. He will report directly to Feldman and join the U.S. senior management team.

Saber began his McDonald's career in 1985 as a franchisee in the Atlanta Region. For the past decade, he has owned and operated a dozen McDonald's restaurants in Albuquerque, N.M. Throughout his 16-year history with McDonald's, he has held numerous leadership roles within the franchise organization.

Saber will transition into his new position over the next few months. He will be relocating to the Chicagoland area with his wife and two children.
