Dec. 14, 2001: McDonald's will provide an update on fourth quarter 2001
results via press release. In conjunction with this
release, McDonald's will hold an investor webcast at
11:00 a.m. Central Time on December 14. Interested parties

"Latest Investor Webcast", which appears below the stock

Jan. 24, 2002: McDonald's fourth quarter 2001 results will be announced
via press release. In conjunction with this release,
