McDonald's Corporation to Redeem Notes

Today, McDonald's Corporation (NYSE: MCD) announced it will redeem all its 6-5/8% Notes due September 1, 2005 (NYSE: MCD6I05).

The Notes will be redeemed at 100 percent of the principal amount, plus accrued interest, through the September 3, 2002 redemption date. The redemption agent for the Notes is:
