  October 22:   McDonald's will release third quarter 2002 earnings and host
                an investor webcast at 10:30 a.m. Central Time. To access

                and click on "Webcast."  A replay will be available for a
                limited time.

  November 11:  McDonald's will present at the Morgan Stanley Investor
                Conference in New York, NY.  This presentation will be
                webcast live and available for replay for a limited time.
                This webcast's start time and a link to it will be posted
