Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) today named United Online, Inc., a leading provider of value-priced Internet services, as its official Internet service provider (ISP). As part of this relationship, United Online donated new computers along with its new NetZero HiSpeed and Juno SpeedBand Internet services to Ronald McDonald Houses across the United States. United Online also has named RMHC as its official charity, promoting the Charity on its various brands of Internet services, as well as encouraging volunteerism to its millions of customers and hundreds of employees.

"Inevitably, the families that need the Ronald McDonald House also have extraordinary needs for information, so computers and Internet access in the Houses are indispensable resources," said Marty Coyne, vice president and COO of Ronald McDonald House Charities. "The technology donated by United Online will enable a critical link between the families of the Ronald McDonald Houses and their support structures back home."

"We are honored to be associated with an outstanding organization like Ronald McDonald House Charities," said Mark R. Goldston, chairman, CEO and president of United Online. "Our company is dedicated to giving back to communities and individual families by helping them stay connected -- especially in the Ronald McDonald Houses, where families are often a long way from home while a child is undergoing medical treatment."
