Today, McDonald's Corporation (NYSE: MCD) announced the following investor activities:

  April 7, 2003:   Jim Cantalupo, Chairman and CEO of McDonald's
                   Corporation and other members of senior management will
                   discuss the Company's plans to revitalize its business
                   in an investor presentation at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
                   This presentation will be webcast live and available for
                   replay for a limited time thereafter.  To access this
                   webcast, go to www.investor.mcdonalds.com and select
                   "Webcast."

  April 28, 2003:  McDonald's will release first quarter 2003 results
                   and host an investor webcast.  This webcast's start
                   time and a link to it will be posted on
                   www.investor.mcdonalds.com by April 21.  A replay of
                   this webcast will be available for a limited time
                   thereafter.

  May 22, 2003     McDonald's 2003 Annual Shareholders' Meeting will
                   be held at The Lodge on McDonald's Office Campus at
                   9:00 a.m. Central Time.  More information about this
                   meeting, including a link to the live webcast, will be
                   available on www.investor.mcdonalds.com in mid-April.
                   A replay of the webcast will be available for a limited
                   time thereafter.
