Chicago Advertising Woman of the Year
Who: Marlena Peleo-Lazar, Chief Creative Officer, McDonald's USA
What: The first woman in the history of McDonald's USA to direct all
creative work for the world's leading food service retailer,
and a driving force in the development of the company's first
global campaign, "i'm lovin' itâ„¢," Ms. Peleo-Lazar will be
honored by the Women's Advertising Club of Chicago (WACC) and
the Chicago Advertising Federation (CAF).
Mayor Daley has designated July 13th as Marlena Peleo-Lazar Day
in Chicago in recognition of her achievement.
